The Brooklyn's 50% Refund Form

You are one of 38 lucky winners to win back 50% of their order during week 2 of our Win a 50% Refund Promotion! 🎉 If you haven't seen it yet, you can watch our announcement on our instagram here: https://www.instagram.com/p/DdVenocvgzw/ We're using a quick form this week as a few winners from last week's draw reached out concerned after receiving their refund, as they weren't expecting it or weren't sure why they'd received it. This form simply confirms that you're happy to receive your refund before we process it.
